Where to start?

If you do not yet know the product CUSTOMER MONITOR, download the software C-Monitor and documentation necessary for testing from the site For downloading. You can use the software even without registration and the majority of the modules run in DEMO mode without time but also functional limitations.

Without registration you have no access to CM Server, whereby you would be deprived of the essence of the product CUSTOMER MONITOR. We therefore recommend you to get registered on the site Test by yourself.  In addition to the access name and password, you will also receive from us support by our personnel for you to become effectively familiar with the benefits of the product right in your firm.


How do we charge the use of CUSTOMER MONITOR?

A regular license fee (period to be agreed) is paid for the use of the client software and connection to CM Server with Customer Desk with SEAL IT Services, s.r.o. Also part of the license fee is hot-line with assistance in handling problems through remote access, updates to the client software and the server. The license fee applies to any included workstation or server in CM Server, with the license fee being the same. The amount of the fee depends on the assumed number of CM-maintained computers, the number of technicians, and we will be pleased to present you with a quotation.

On the occasion of the launch of the product CUSTOMER MONITOR, we provide free of charge an introductory one-day training.

SEAL IT Services, s.r.o., currently only offers connection to CM Server under own administration. The product is not yet available in the version featuring CM Server, which you might locate in your firm. We envisage this option in the future
