Problem
A customer started complaining about his computer having become considerably slower. The administrator conducted routine controls (antivirus control, spyware control, cleaning registers, defragmentation), yet the state did not get improved. The manager did not manage to fix the problem better than reinstall the computer. Upon reinstallation the computer got slower again, which was not a simple situation. Following the reinstallation, it could already be identified that a file reference similar to the system file name appeared in the “after start” section. Thus the computer got infected with a worm which the antivirus program was still unable to identify, but there was already description on in on the Internet. The administrator had spent several days fixing the problem until it was fully resolved.

Solution
CM offers in addition to the history of programs installed, changes in services also the history of changes in programs „Startup“ (from various sources). Using it the above problem can be considerably simplified when the appearance of a new reference in to the section „Startup“ is immediately identified, and in connection with additional information from the Internet it can be solved in the right way and protective measures immediately ensured.

CUSTOMER MONITOR consists of two fundamental parts:

1. CM Server with an Internet portal intended to receive messages from the client software installed with the customers to be stored and shown in a well-arranged manner and to execute varied types of notices under defined rules. This allows for keeping documents on the customer at a single point. Also included is the communication and business module Customer Desk.

2. Tailored to execute maintenance performances of different types, the client software C-Monitor offers a number of methods of adopting the task result, thereby capable of working with a multitude of programs. It is autonomous and scheduled tasks are executed independently of connection with CM Server

Server CM - detailed description:

CM Server located with us is immediately ready to activate your customers, thereby saving your resources and making you able to make use of the know-how incorporated in the CM Server configuration.

Functions of CM Server featuring the Customer Desk module:

  • Display summary technical information from the client system.
  • Warn of error conditions (with the integrated system of importance escalation in non-remedied errors).
  • Evaluate comprehensively computer changes.
  • Archive data and configuration files of the client software. Allow for remote administration of the client software C-Monitor.
  • Provide the registration of network and computer-connected equipment, furnish specification information on the customer and a lot of others which cannot be ascertained at automated mode.
  • Customer Desk manages communication with the customer in regard to service requests, business offers, also securing communication of work done with support for approval by the parties in charge.
  • Customer Desk supports the development of documents on work done with the customer - basis for invoicing.
  • Customer Desk gives a summary of performance of contractual obligations and help schedule this performance.
  • Throughout CM Server you will find intuitive control with various information search and filtration options, information export to xls, html format and the option of making a wide range of outlet reports.
