CUSTOMER MONITOR - improvements and amendments as of 18/11/2008

Overview of important new features:

• SW audit & HW evidence
• Monitoring of HW servers - HP, DELL
• Monitoring of environment - full support for Poseidon 326x, simplified setup
• Backup support for VMWARE virtual instances with VCB (consolidated backup)
• Online information available in the diagram format (CPU, RAM, NET for all PCs in CM for last 48 hours)
• Remote setup of C-Monitor client in the domain environment.
